ALPACA YARN
If you want to know exactly where your alpaca yarn comes from -that it's from happy & healthy local alpacas that you can meet and see, then you came to the right place!
We offer a range of natural alpaca colors and invest in every step of the process, from raising the alpacas, to professional shearing, local processing, and ultimately providing you a finished product. Unlike commonly used fiber co-ops or fiber pools, our yarn is truly from our own alpacas on our farm. We also only use LOCAL experts for shearing and processing! Check out The Mill at Stoney Meadows Alpacas, just 9 mins from Ladue Alpacas where they mill our yarn!

Alpaca fiber takes a whole year to grow to be long enough to spin into yarn! It is one of the most amazing natural fibers in the world. -Softer and warmer than sheep's wool, water-resistant, odor-resistant, flame-resistant, and even hypoallergenic for some! Not only that, but every fiber is hollow and holds air, which makes for a lighter, more thermal & efficient garment all the way around!
